The 4×4 Land Cruiser rooftop tent rental is built for travelers who want the flexibility of camping without sourcing and packing their own gear. The vehicle comes fitted with one or two rooftop tents (comfortably sleeping 2-4 people), and camping equipment — tents, bedding, cooking gear and basic kitchen setup — is provided as part of the package.

Where to camp
Rwanda’s national parks offer designated campsites suited to this setup — particularly along the lakeshores of Akagera National Park, and at sites near Nyungwe National Park. Park camping fees are separate from the vehicle rental and can be confirmed when planning your route.
Pricing
The Land Cruiser rooftop tent rents from $120/day for a single-tent setup, or $180/day for the extended Land Cruiser with two rooftop tents and additional gear for larger groups. Both rates include insurance and unlimited mileage.
