Terms and conditions

- Minimum age: Drivers must be at least 23 years old with a valid driving licence (an International Driving Permit is recommended).
- Insurance: Third-party liability insurance is included in all rates. Optional comprehensive cover can be discussed at booking.
- Fuel policy: Vehicles are provided with a full tank and should be returned full, or the fuel difference is charged at local rates.
- Mileage: All rentals include unlimited mileage within Rwanda. Cross-border travel requires advance notice for permit and insurance arrangements.
- Payment: A deposit is required to confirm bookings, with the balance due at vehicle pickup.
- Cancellations: Cancellation terms vary by season and are confirmed at the time of booking.
