How it works
- Send us your flight number and arrival time when booking.
- Your driver tracks the flight and waits at arrivals with a name sign.
- For self-drive rentals, you’ll do a quick vehicle handover and orientation at the airport or your hotel.
- For driver-guide bookings, you’re driven directly to your accommodation.
Standalone airport transfers
If you don’t need a multi-day rental but want reliable transport between Kigali International Airport and the city, standalone transfers are available — useful for short business trips or connecting to onward flights.
Departure transfers
The same service applies for drop-off — return your rental vehicle at the airport with time to spare before your flight, with a quick vehicle check before you head to check-in.
